While we have all been on Easter Holidays, Becta have issued another extremely thorough ESafety booklet. Having skimmed through it late on Friday it looks extremely helpful and should complement their existing policy booklets on the issue.

What is helpful about the book is that it helps coordinators locate weave the teaching of Esafety into relevant QCA units. This way Esafety is not a bolt on. There is also a very comprehensive list of websites and an expanded glossary of terms, such as 'pharming' and 'blue-jacking'. I also liked the reflections on how to use new web technologies within the classroom.
