Literacy Mini Clips

I discovered these story starts on Teachers TV last week, and I have been showing them to others ever since. They are basically seven 3 minute clips that help to demonstrate setting and/or character. They are versatile and ambiguous enough to be used in any year group and for many different fiction lessons, though I am not sure about the rather camp antique owner in the first clip. My favourite was the seascape, here you can hear the crunching of boots on the sand, while gulls fly above and waves lap the shore. From somewhere on the cliffs, there's a cry of "Hello". Gosh they have even got me inspired.
